Garland MIR-34C Description
The Garland MIR-34C gas salamander broiler can be used to broil steaks, caramelize dishes, and toast bread. Its 20,000-BTU infrared burners are more powerful than standard radiant options and have separate high/low control valves. Chefs can move the broiler rack up and down to adjust how much heat is delivered to the product. This unit is designed to sit on the countertop with 4-inch legs. Constructed of stainless steel, its front and sides are durable and streamline the cleaning process.
