Southbend P36-NFR Description
The Southbend P36-NFR infrared salamander broiler is heated with natural gas, and its left and right burner fields can be managed separately through a dual valve control. High, low, and off settings evenly distribute heat across the chrome-plated grates, and the rack can be set at five different heights. Its stainless steel construction is strong, and its double-walled sides and back retain heat. The front plate, crumb tray, and grease drawer are made of anneal. Walls, countertops, and flue risers are all ideal installation locations for the Southbend P36-NFR infrared salamander broiler.
