It comes complete with a professional metal food pusher that ensures a better grip for effortless slicing. Even the most demanding slicing tasks are easier with its powerful, cool running high torque motor and reliable, smooth gear drive operation. An advanced cooling system ensures continuous, non-stop slicing.
Performance Engineered: The cantilevered design delivers foods directly to large trays or platters and the large capacity food carriage retracts fully to permit slicing of extra-large roasts, hams and other foods.
Easy To Clean: The Model 665 has an "Easy-Clean" design in which the blade, blade cover, food carriage, food pusher, food deflector and thickness guide plate all remove easily for cleaning.
