Garland MCO-E-5-C Description

The Garland MCO-E-5-C electric convection oven provides superior protection with a centrifugal switch and a high-limit control, which turns off the unit when temperatures rise to unsafe levels. The temperature can be adjusted between 150 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit with a solid-state thermostat. Because the five oven racks are adjustable on nine different guides, this unit can handle myriad foods for any application.

The 60-minute timer alerts users when food is finished cooking in the Garland MCO-E-5-C single half-size convection oven. This convenient design enables the chef to walk away from the oven to handle other business while ensuring food does not burn. If users want to monitor cooking closely, the thermal glass window in the door facilitates this. Less heat escapes the cabinet when food can be monitored without opening the door, saving money on electricity.
