Garland MCO-ES-10-S Description

The cavity in the Garland MCO-ES-10-S single full-size convection oven has a standard depth, measuring 29 inches wide by 24 inches deep; with this size, the unit accommodates full-size sheet pans side to side, not front to back. It includes six chrome-plated racks, which can be placed in 13 different positions to accommodate diverse products. Because the interior is porcelain enameled, it resists corrosion and expedites cleaning with a nonstick finish. Coved corners in the cavity further simplify cleaning by eliminating crevices that could trap debris.

This Garland MCO-ES-10-S electric convection oven uses a ³/₄-horsepower fan to move heat throughout the cavity. Using a fan accelerates cook times, and it can be set at a low or high speed to suit different products. The temperature is adjustable on the control panel, ranging from 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Operators can set the one-hour timer to track cooking. The dependent doors can be opened simultaneously with one handle, and their glass windows provide cabinet visibility for monitoring.
