Moffat E27M2/2C Description

The Moffat E27M2/2C Turbofan double full-size convection oven has two full-size baking chambers that each hold two chrome-plated wire racks, which are spaced 4¹/₂ inches apart. Heating the interior evenly, a reversing fan moves air through and around the racks, while porcelain enamel interiors distribute the heat and prevent food buildup because they are slick. Halogen lights ensure baking product is visible through the double-pane glass, and if dust or debris gets in between the panes, the inner pane can be pulled away, providing access for cleaning. To reach the floor underneath, the ovens can be moved on 3-inch casters.

Operating separately, the two baking chambers can be set between 150 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit. A manual dial sets the temperature, and if it grows too hot, the Moffat E27M2/2C double convection oven shuts down to prevent heat damage. Users can keep track of cook times by setting a timer with the second dial. Once time runs out, an alarm sounds and a light turns on to alert staff. For safety, lights show when the oven is powered on and heating, and the door does not get hot, preventing burns.
