Ideal for high-volume establishments, the Moffat P12M Turbofan proofing cabinet can accommodate 12 full-sized or 24 half-sized pans. Constructed primarily of resilient stainless steel, this unit resists corrosion and is easy to clean. Both the temperature and humidity can be adjusted with the reliable mechanical controls.

Depending on the circumstances, the Moffat P12M heated cabinet can be used to proof food or simply hold it to maintain temperature and freshness. Its full-view glass door provides visibility into the cabinet. Because this unit is mounted on casters, it can be smoothly transported from one location to another.
