Garland G36-G36R Description
The Garland G36-G36R gas range features a griddle with a 5/8-inch thick steel plate and a cast iron H-style burner every 12 inches. Burners have their own manual valve control with high and low settings, and the standard oven includes a snap-action modulating thermostat that ranges from low to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. This kind of thermostat is great at quickly returning to the set temperature after the oven door closes, while a three-position removable guide and nickle-plated oven rack are included with the oven. Coated in porcelain, the oven interior is slick and resists sticking to food, simplifying cleanup. Likewise, the stainless steel front and sides can be wiped clean, while this unit includes a 5-inch-deep plate rail and removable shelf.
