Garland U36-6R Description
The Garland U36-6R gas range has a large alumized steel oven, which can hold standard food pans in both directions, and is operated by a snap-action thermostat. Easing cleaning tasks, the oven's bottom is covered in porcelain. To prevent user burns, the heavy-duty door handle remains cool to the touch, and the oven includes one nickel-plated rack with three possible positions. Running on natural gas, the six burners on this range are covered with cast iron grates, and made of stainless steel, this unit is sturdy and works great in commercial kitchens. Its legs are adjustable, the overshelf is removable, and the backguard prevents messes--which together enables this range to be installed in a variety of locations.
