The Garland X60-6R24RR SunFire X Series gas range has cast iron burners, channeling 30,000 BTU of heat into the skillets and pans above. Cast iron ring grates hold the pans and transfer heat into them. This stovetop also features a 24-inch griddle, meaning operators can pair pancakes with a plate of fried eggs. The griddle has splash guards to keep food from spilling onto the burners. Stainless steel components make the range simple to clean and offer added resilience. The backguard shelf can be removed and it is ideally placed above the cooking surface to hold pan sprays or spices.
Two ovens are built into the Garland X60-6R24RR commercial range beneath its stovetop. These ovens are made with aluminum and ribbed porcelain interiors, which facilitate cleaning but will require upkeep. Nickel-plated oven racks sit on fixed-position guides for smooth placement and removal. Thermostat controls oversee the straight steel tube burners, which generate 29,000 BTU of heat apiece. The oven doors have keep-cool handles to protect user hands during opening.
