This model has a 3.5-quart stainless steel cutter bowl with an S-blade and handle, and can be an ideal tool for grinding, mincing, kneading, and making sauces, batters, mousses and pesto. It has a one-half horsepower direct drive fan-cooled induction motor for a smoother and effective operation. This commercial food processor has a smooth blade assembly for processing even the smallest amounts, as well a main lid opening for adding liquid or solid ingredients during the process.
