Universal Coolers JDC-30, 31-Inch Carosel Pastry Display Counter, is a commercial appliance, designed for storing and displaying baked goods. It is compressor is aimed to give great efficiency at minimum energy consumption. This unit features an advanced cooling system, including over-sized evaporator/condenser to offer a better performance and cool faster. Inside temperature holds at 39°-45°F, while reliability is ensured by the defrost timer system, which prevents icing. It has aluminum interior and stainless steel floor; front and rear doors are made of thermo-pane glass for better energy saving. The display case comes with four level round shelves and independently wired shelf lights.
