The Amana AXP22TLT high-speed oven can be operated virtually anywhere front- or back-of-house thanks to a catalytic converter that makes it safe to use without a hood vent. The oven combines three methods of heating - convection, infrared, and microwave - to heat foods much more quickly than traditional technologies while still browning and toasting food. As many as 360 menu items can be programmed and recalled with the oven's touch pad controls. Each procedure can include as many as four cooking stages, and the programs can be updated via USB drive.
