The Delfield 4448NP-12 sandwich and salad prep table has a holding capacity of 16 cubic feet, giving operators plenty of room to store fresh ingredients. Its top section holds 12 sixth-size pans, which are included along with two epoxy-coated shelves. This unit's base has two sections with solid doors that users can open with built-in handles.
The exterior sides, front, and top of this Delfield 4448NP-12 prep table are made of stainless steel, which is a sturdy metal that can withstand high-volume use. Its interior sides are made of ABS plastic—also durable and simple to clean.
