Garland ED-30B Description

The Garland ED-30B electric charbroiler is ideal for burger joints and grilled food restaurants. Its heat is regulated by infinite switch controls, enabling the user to set it between low and high at will. Heat-on lamps illuminate to show when the grilling surface is in use, warning users of potential burns when the plate is hot. Because it is an electric charbroiler, the Garland ED-30B can be set up nearly anywhere in the kitchen, provided a sufficient power connection is present. Its grease drawer is conveniently concealed, and its grate features a lift handle that facilitates removal for end-of-the-day cleaning.
