Garland ED-30B Description

Using cast iron grates, the Garland ED-30B electric charbroiler is great for cooking meats and seafood. Depending on what type of food is cooked, operators can use the infinite controls to adjust the temperature until the right level is reached. These controls are recessed, providing protection when bumped in a crowded environment.

The Garland ED-30B electric charbroiler has a grease drawer to catch food particles and debris that slide between the grates. Because this is a countertop unit, it is mounted on four-inch legs to prevent overheat. This unit keeps employee safety in mind--its indicator light shines when it heats to prevent burns. To deter grease splatter on walls and nearby items, this unit has splash walls on three sides.
