Garland GD-15F Description

The Garland GD-15F Designer Series gas fryer has an open-pot design that is well-suited to restaurants with a high demand for lightly breaded items such as cheese sticks and fries. The pot has a deep cold zone, so sediment collects in the bottom of the fryer instead of contaminating the cooking oil. As much as 15 pounds of shortening can be used in the fryer at once.

Because the Garland GD-15F gas fryer has an open design, it doesn't have heating tubes that are hard to clean, and with a rolled steel pot and stainless steel sides and front, the fryer is convenient to wipe down. The unit is powered by LP gas and has a piezo ignition system, while adjustable legs elevate the unit off the countertop, maintaining stability on uneven surfaces.
