Garland GIR36C Description

The Garland GIR36C salamander broiler uses dual infrared burners to brown cooked food. These burners have 20,000 BTUs of heating power and can finish off steaks, chicken, or even vegetables. Hi-lo temperature controls help users customize the cooking power for each dish. To accommodate different foods, the unit's rack assembly can be configured to three different positions. Stainless steel provides the salamander with durability and resistance to rust. This unit is ideal for kitchens that need a finishing touch on their products as they come out of the oven.
