Garland GTBG24-AB24 Description

The Garland GTBG24-AB24 gas charbroiler's front, sides, and back are made of stainless steel, providing durability and cleanliness that a commercial kitchen requires. It has a large-capacity crumb tray--also made of stainless steel--that catches grease and debris and is removable for cleaning. The unit is mounted on adjustable legs that support installation on countertops without overheating.

This Garland GTBG24-AB24 gas charboiler has cast iron grates that can be adjusted to lie flat or tilted at an angle. Its broiler racks are arranged in 3-inch reversible sections. Two burners heat the charbroiler surface and each broiler is controlled independently by a hi/low valve. This unit uses ceramic briquettes.
