Garland MIR-34C Description
The Garland MIR-34C gas salamander broiler can be used to brown and caramelize dishes, broil steaks, and heat cast iron platters. It has two 20,000-BTU burners, and their infrared design typically reaches higher temperatures than radiant options. These burners are powered by LP gas and separately controlled with high/low knobs. Operators can adjust how much heat reaches the food by raising or lowering the rack with the mechanism. Made of stainless steel, the broiler is rust, scratch, and dent resistant. Instead of mounting on the back of a range, this broiler sits on the counter on 4-inch-tall legs.
