Garland SCO-ES-10S Description

The Garland SCO-ES-10S Sunfire convection oven uses hot airflow to cook dishes rapidly. Its internal temperature is adjustable between 150 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and for efficiency, solid doors trap in the heat. Furthermore, the interior's porcelain enamel coating distributes heat throughout the oven and provides a convenient, nonstick surface to facilitate cleaning. All five racks can be removed for cleaning or adjusted for baking extra-tall items.

Built with stainless steel parts, this Garland SCO-ES-10S electric convection oven endures heavy-duty use. Its 25¹/₂-inch-tall legs ensure the cooking chamber is within reach, while the dependent doors provide convenient, one-handed access. For reliability, this unit features solid-state controls and an electromechanical timer, and for simplicity, its settings are adjustable with knobs on the front.
