Garland SCO-GS-10S Description

Built for commercial kitchens, the Garland SCO-GS-10S Sunfire electric convection oven has a mostly stainless steel exterior. Its front, sides, top, and legs are all made of the metal, making them strong and corrosion resistant. The doors are solid to retain heat and are opened by one middle handle. Inside the oven, surfaces are porcelain enameled to ensure they are smooth, slick, and can be wiped clean.

This Garland SCO-GS-10S full-size convection oven is heated by LP gas, commonly known as propane. In case of leaks, it features a safety shut-off valve. For intuitive use, the unit has a 60-minute timer and temperature knob ranging from 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. A fan blows heat through the interior and around food, cooking it evenly.
