Garland SHDUBA7000 Description

Made for quick response times and energy efficiency, the Garland SHDUBA7000 commercial induction cooktop can be used in the front or back of the house. It operates differently than traditional electric or gas equipment by using a dense copper coil to create a magnetic field above the ceramic glass cook surface. When a compatible pot or pan is placed on this surface, its electrons move around rapidly to provide heat with which users can cook.

This Garland SHDUBA7000 countertop induction cooktop has two burners, so different products can be cooked on the unit simultaneously. These burners are independently controlled by rotary dials, each with 12 power level settings. Made of stainless steel, the housing is durable and designed to be placed on countertops. It has a compact design since the dual burners are placed front to back instead of side by side. To help prevent overheating, the integral cooling fan protects the electrical parts, and air deflectors block hot exhaust from being sucked back into the unit.
