Garland SUME-100 Description
The Garland SUME-100 Summit electric convection oven is made of strong stainless steel. This construction prevents rust and ensures the oven can withstand the daily rigors of commercial kitchens. Great for fast-paced environments, it is lifted off surfaces by 251/2-inch-tall legs, and the doors are dependent, meaning they can be opened simultaneously with one hand. Five chrome-plated, adjustable, removable racks support a large variety of products in the oven.
To expand the versatility of the Garland SUME-100 full-size convection oven, its fan runs at two speeds. High speeds bake sturdy product quickly while slow speeds are better for delicate foods because they are unlikely to damage gentle product. The temperature level is adjustable within a range of 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit and the 60-minute timer can track long or short cook times. If kitchen staff want to supervise product, this oven has a window on the left and bright interior lights.
