Garland UIR36 Description

Made for mounting above a range, the Garland UIR36 gas salamander is great for broiling steaks and putting the finishing touches on a meal, such as browning or caramelizing. Independently controlled with separate high/low valves, the salamander has two infrared burners. To limit food messes, a grease pan catches drippings. Defending it from corrosion and rust, the salamander's extensive stainless steel holds up well against gouging and scraping.
