The Garland X36-2G24R SunFire X Series gas range features a 24-inch griddle with a steel griddle plate, suiting it for operations offering breakfast. Its stainless steel components are built to last, resisting scratches and rust. Cast iron grates send heat through to the pan, ensuring product heats thoroughly. The splash guard around the griddle plate keeps juices and grease from dripping into the burners. A removable shelf above the cooking area is designed to hold mixes, spices, or other range-top materials.
Beneath the range sits a standard Sunfire oven with an aluminumized interior and porcelain-coated bottom. It features a nickel-plated oven rack--with fixed-position guides to hold the rack in place--and a touch-cool handle to operate the door without burns. Its burner is made of straight steel, with 33,000 BTU of heating power, and the thermostat runs from low to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
