Featuring a self-contained, air-cooled condensing unit and digital controls, the Howard McCray ITA-G10-54-41-5P standalone gelato dipping cabinet maintains temperatures between -10 and 10 degrees Fahrenheit. The fan-assisted airflow design and programmable defrost system keep product consistently cold to prevent melting. Able to hold seven 5-liter pans of gelato, this unit tilts the pans at 9 degrees underneath LED lighting, ensuring the product is visible through the glass.

The Howard McCray ITA-G10-54-41-5P gelato dipping cabinet includes a reserve pan storage that holds additional pans for when the display runs out. For corrosion protection, the interior is constructed of 304 series stainless steel, while Ecologic polyurethane foam insulation keeps the cabinet cool, providing a consistent product every time. This unit features a handy worktop, a removable deck, sliding rear doors, and a hydraulically lifted front glass for convenient product placement and removal.
