Maintaining temperatures between 36 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit, the Howard McCray SC-CDS35-8-LED full-service deli case has a white aluminum-floored storage area and one stainless steel mezzanine shelf to display and cool food. For cleaning purposes, this unit has removable front and rear grilles, a drain, and a sleek, stainless steel construction. The electronically controlled refrigeration system uses an expansion valve system to regulate R513A refrigerant flow and is self-contained for simple maintenance. An air-insulated baffle is included to prevent moisture from dripping into the display area.
