To maintain optimal sanitation, it features an easy-to-clean plastic food zone as well as antimicrobial PURE ICE protection. This air-cooled unit uses R404A refrigerant and a self-contained condenser that is simple to install and service.

To provide consistent access to fresh ice, the Ice-O-Matic CIM0836FA/B1300-48 ice machine's bin utilizes a first-in, first-out management system. It accommodates as much as 1,325 pounds of ice, and operators can comfortably access it through its stay-open door.
