The Ice-O-Matic GEM0450A/B110PS ice machine and storage bin makes nugget ice, which is popular at fast casual restaurants for its small size and easy chewing. Providing establishments with an ample amount of product, it can make as much as 464 pounds of ice a day under optimal conditions. Its evaporator and auger are made of stainless steel--this metal is scratch-resistant and holds up well against corrosion and rusting.

The Ice-O-Matic GEM0450A/B110PS ice maker and bin has an 854-pound holding capacity to provide plenty of room to hold product. Its door is top hinged to streamline bin access and ice retrieval, while the bin's poly liner is reinforced with foam insulation to help keep ice properly chilled. A set of adjustable legs can be modified to level out the machine on sloped floors.
