With a temperature range of 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, various foods can be cooked in the Moffat E22M3/2C Turbofan double electric convection oven. In each section, it holds three half-size sheet pans 2⁵/₈ inches apart to accommodate tall foods. Users can monitor and perfect food as it cooks because the drop-down door is made of glass for a clear view.

The Moffat E22M3/2C half-size convection oven has 60-minute timers that alert operators when cooking is done, enabling users to walk away and prepare other dishes while waiting. This unit has casters for rolling elsewhere when needed. To prevent overheating, it has a fan that blows in a single direction.
