Moffat E27M3/2C Description

The Moffat E27M3/2C double convection oven has two cooking chambers that can each hold three full-size sheet pans. Circulated by reversing fans, heat flows over the pans and around the interior, and halogen lamps brighten the shelves, keeping them visible through the doors. To minimize the amount of heat that escapes, each door has two panes of glass and a seal. When cleaning, the seal comes out in a single piece without tools, while the inner glass can be tilted for wiping between panes. Food resists sticking to the interior because its porcelain-enamel coat is slick and nonstick.

To withstand daily use, the Moffat E27M3/2C double convection oven has strong hinges and a welded door handle. Its top, sides, spacer, and stacking kit are stainless steel, so they resist rust, dings, and dents. Oven controls are straightforward manual dials--one for selecting the temperature and one for setting the timer. The temperature dial ranges from 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, while the countdown timer has a 60-minute limit. After the timer runs out, the oven buzzes and a light on the front illuminates, and for safety, the oven shuts off if it gets too hot inside.
