Moffat E33D5/2 Description

To maintain stability on uneven flooring, the Moffat E33D5/2 Turbofan convection oven is mounted on stainless steel legs with adjustable, nonskid feet. The remainder of its exterior is also constructed of stainless steel, ensuring durability and rust resistance with heavy use. Its interior is illuminated with dual halogen lamps to improve visibility and is made of porcelain that can be easily wiped clean. This unit's temperature can be adjusted between 140 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit using precise electronic controls and a clear digital display.

Each of the Moffat E33D5/2 electric convection oven's two compartments accommodates five half-size sheet pans. It utilizes a two-speed fan and offers five cooking stages, effectively cooking foods of different sizes and consistencies. This unit features an electronic timer and is fitted with a guard rail on the lower oven.
