Moffat E35D6-26/2 Description

Using precise electronic controls, the temperature of the Moffat E35D6-26/2 Turbofan double-deck convection oven can be set between 150 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Each of its two chambers accommodates six full-size sheet pans and is brightened with dual halogen lamps to improve visibility. Because these interiors are porcelain enameled, they won't harbor buildup and can be quickly wiped clean.

The exterior of the Moffat E35D6-26/2 electric convection is made largely of stainless steel--a sturdy material that resists warping and scratching with heavy use. It features a two-speed fan and five steam injection modes to ensure food doesn't become dried out. This unit is equipped with an electronic timer with both time count and countdown modes.
