Robot Coupe CL40 Description
The Robot Coupe CL40A cutter mixer food processor cuts at 600 RPM, allowing for dicing and processing of delicate vegetables, like tomatoes, but the machine can also cut through tougher produce like potatoes. A half-moon hopper is included so you can easily cut through bulky vegetables, while a cylindrical hopper should be used for long, delicate vegetables.
The stainless steel motor shaft is durable, while the polycarbonate motor base is sturdy. A magnetic safety system has a motor brake that protects your employees while the processor is being used. The Robot Coupe CL40A cutter mixer food processor will automatically restart when you press the pusher down to cut up the next set of vegetables in the stainless steel chute. The continuous feed lead easily removes so it can be cleaned.
