Southbend P36-RAD Description
The Southbend P36-RAD salamander broiler is made of dent-resistant stainless steel. Its 420-square-inch cooking surface can accommodate large food items, and its four natural gas radiant burners have separate controls for the left and right side. To prevent overheating, an air-insulated shield protects the broiler. A removable stainless steel grease drip tray facilitates cleanup by keeping grease contained, and the two removable broiler racks can adjust between five different positions for diverse cooking needs.
