The Univex MP6TE single multi-purpose oven is a versatile piece of equipment that gives users several cooking options. It uses both steam and convection cooking, and it can cook dry with a probe. To provide consistent results from one batch to the next, operators can use one of its 80 programs to save a recipe.

When using steam, the Univex MP6TE single multi-purpose oven's thermostat is adjustable from 158 to 266 degrees Fahrenheit, and in convection mode, the thermostat is adjustable to levels as high as 518 degrees Fahrenheit. To make sure food doesn't burn, users can check on it through the double-paned glass windows.
