Univex SRM20 Description

With the Univex SRM20 all-purpose countertop planetary mixer, different doughs used to make your restaurant's or bakery's creations can be mixed to perfection. The unit has a 1/2-horsepower capacitor start motor, and a 20-quart stainless steel bowl. The unit can operate on four fixed speeds or any speed in-between. It also features a two-piece stainless steel dishwasher safe safety guard that prevents spills.
