Robot Coupe's R2NULTRA commercial food processor can benefit high-volume kitchens that need to process more than 200 servings an hour. This model has a high-capacity three-quart stainless steel cutter bowl with an ergonomic handle. An S-shaped blade can be used to mix sauces and batters, chop, mince, and emulsify vegetables, and grind and knead a number of thicker products. A vegetable preparation attachment with two deep feed openings can be paired with the included grating and slicing discs to slice, grate, ripple cut, slice, and julienne. This commercial food processor's 83⁄4-inch width requires minimum counter space.
