Robot Coupe's R301 D-Series combination food processor can produce up to 2,000 servings in three hours or less. With a vegetable preparation attachment that accommodates one slicing and one grating disc, this model has a 3-1/2 quart cutter bowl with a handle and smooth blade assembly. It has a cutter attachment that can chop, mince, emulsify, grind and knead dough, while its vegetable preparation attachment can slice, grate, ripple cut and julienne. On and off pulse buttons on this commercial food processor are built in and can cut for better texture control and maximum precision.
